  9.     The DM (Disk Map) component allow you to see and keep
  10. tracks of the disks state.  The parameters of DM are the name
  11. of drive to map and possible /p flag to make map in printable
  12. characters:
  13.     DM drive [/p]
  14.     For example, DM C /p or dm a: etc.
  15.  
  16.     The map of disk is drawing on the screen together with
  17. some important information such as a total and free space on disk,
  18. date and time, quantity of bad clusters. When mapping big disks
  19. one cell on the screen shows the state of the group of clusters.
  20. In this case the next priorities are used:
  21.     If there is at least one erronous cluster in group all
  22. group is shown as erronous;
  23.     Else If there is at least one free cluster all group is
  24. shown as free;
  25.     Else group is shown as allocated.

  27.     Note that the mapping of disk is very useful to detect
  28. possible virus activity. The most common signs of virus infection are:
  29.     - increasing of the number of erronous clusters;
  30.     - decreasing of the free disk space;
  31.     - decreasing of the total disk space.
